SUGGESTED USE

• 10ml bottle contains approx 240 drops. Recommended dosage is 3 drops  (equivalent 3 drops = 0.125ml), underneath the tongue. Hold it for 45-60 seconds. 

• For best results take it on an empty stomach either first thing on a morning or 30-40 minutes before you go to sleep.
  

• Take two or three times daily depending on the person. This equates to around 25-37.5mg of CBD. Athletes may want to increase the dosage slightly, again this is all depending on per person.

• Dropper use: Shake bottle before opening. Gently squeeze the rubber end and release. The dropper will be half full which indicates a "full dropper". (Oil will not fill the entire dropper).

• Our CBD has subtle and delicious flavours however if you're sensitive to flavours, try mixing your oil into your favourite food or drink.

• Store in a cool dry place.
